Yes. Paws & All LLC carries active pet-care business insurance through Pet Care Insurance (PCI), including general liability, pet protection, veterinarian reimbursement, animal liability, and lost-key coverage.

Do you offer a meet & greet?

Yes. First bookings start with a meet & greet so we can review routines, keys, home access, care notes, and fit.

How long is each service?

Drop-ins and dog walks are 30 minutes. Drop-ins can be extended to 60 minutes for $18 more per visit. Day sits are continuous care billed hourly. One overnight rate equals 24 continuous hours from the scheduled check-in time. Shorter stays are prorated, so an earlier check-out lowers the care charge; longer stays rise in proportion to the actual care window.

When is a reservation confirmed?

After the meet & greet, care details are approved, and the 50% reservation payment is received. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before care begins. A secure electronic invoice is sent directly; payment information is not collected on this website.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel seven or more days before care for a full refund, or three to six days before care for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable. Holiday reservations become nonrefundable 14 days before care.

Can you handle medication or senior pets?

Yes, with clear written instructions. Routine oral medication is included. Injections, post-operative monitoring, and multi-step regimens add $15 per 24 hours, visit, or care day and must be approved before booking.
